Salary
Our salaries are market related and paid monthly. Annual salary reviews are undertaken to assess your salary to reflect market movements and changes in your responsibilities or skills. Bonuses are paid annually depending on company performance
and your own performance.
Income Continuance
We provide comprehensive insurance cover against any long term illness/injury and permanent disability that you may gain
while employed by MWH (only applicable for permanent residents), which if required will be paid at a rate up to 75% of your salary after a waiting period of 3 months.
Sponsored Membership of Professional Organisations
We will pay for your annual membership to a relevant professional body.
Leave and Special Leave
In addition to 20 days annual leave each year, we also provide up to 10 days paid leave to cover sickness. We also provide paid parental leave, bereavement leave or other special leave where you, your partner, dependent child, or dependent parent needs care.
