Tracking Pollutants in Waterways to Original Sources

A suite of markers that can track receiving water body pollutant loads to their respective sources of origin is being identified and characterized for diagnostic use by the water industry.

Andrew Eaton, Joan Oppenheimer and Joseph Jacangelo of MWH report on research conducted on the use of two markers - Gadolinium and sucralose in the May/June 2010 issue of World Water.
